Cwdam (pronounced so-dam) is a free chat program that let the visitors of your website communicate with you

Your visitors don't have to download nor install anything on their PC *

You will not have to PAY anything, Its totally free
Even when you are unavailable, your visitors will be able send you message to your email **

Chat with your friend and unplug your network cable directly after sending your message	You will never know if your friend got your message or not	If you saw 'correct' icon, it means you message was sent [see our help page]
Send message to your friend at almost the same time your friend is sending you another message	Your friend will see his message displayed first in his chat window and yours under it, you will see the oppisite	Both of you will see the messages in the same order

But here is the summary anyway

Register for a new account
A confirmation link will be sent to your email, click on it to choose your password
Download the program from the link sent to your email
Place a link/button on your web page (the link's code will be sent in the email)
Now wait for your visitors to push the link and start talking to you
